The barrel imprint reads:

MADE IN ENGLAND"
Smooth Black Hard Rubber w/gold filled trim(has
red ripple
on top of cap, see picture), lever filler.
Condition is Excellent with no cracks, scratches, or teeth marks.
This pen is good quality and well preserved.
The gold filled trim is mostly clean with just mild
brassing
to the edges of the bands.
Has newly replaced rubber bladder in good working
condition.
It is unusual in that it has a center band on the barrel and a red ripple insert on the top of the cap.
