Buyer agrees that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this sale shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the county of Galveston, state of Texas. The Buyer is responsible for remitting sales tax unless a resale tax exempt certificate is supplied to the Expert Heavy Equipment Inc. By sending payment for the machine, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions.
