    Antique Austrian Bavarian Oktoberfest
    Lederhosen, Cap, Suspenders, Belt, Tie, Ladies Vest -Corset
    This is a group of excellent condition clothing including Lederhosen, suspenders, cap with insignia, and a woman’s red vest with rib inserts.  The cap and shorts are made of cloth.  I believe that this group was used by the owner in the early 20
    th
    Century.
    The shorts are 22 ½” wide at the top and are 24” long.  The cap is 11 ½” long and 8” high.  The woman’s vest is 16” high – 15” wide at the chest -12 ½” wide at the bottom and 31” wide at the very top.  The Tie is 11” long.  The HANS belt is 49” long with the embroidered center being 10 ½” long.  “The Herr Und Hand Fur Steirerland” suspenders are 35 ½” long at the straps and 11” wide at the center.  The Flower embroidered suspenders are 35 ¼” long at the straps and 10 ½” wide at the center.

    The hunting chain has 26 original trophies hanging on the original silver chain.
    Note:
    The shorts and cap have a few stains, probably from the last use of the owner.  I did NOT attempt to have them cleaned so that a professional could adequately take care of those situations.  I believe that the garments can be cleaned – the stains do not seem to be heavy.
