German or French Boudoir? 1920s-40s
This is a
rare pair of antique lampshades and lamps for a dollhouse! They have curled wires to attach to a wall, with original white paint. The shades are made to pull off of the bulbs. There are electrical wires, which dangle and connect at the bottom with a paperclip ~ no plugs. I do not know if the wiring is sound or whether they work. I re-stitched the shades, because the original thread was disintegrating. The paper is very delicate and has wear, as shown. These were with some furniture for a boudoir from the 20s-40s, including a small white wrought iron glass-top table, which I will be listing separately.
