AS-IS Teledyne Penn-Union Hydraulic Crimper TPU-12B
This is essentially the same as the Burndy Y35. They are virtually identical.
Even filled with new fluid, this Crimper will not operate. No leaks are evident, so I don't know what the issue could be. It looks great cosmetically, but may need rebuilt. Includes metal case. Please see all photos.
