August Peridot Ombre Mermaid~OOAK Belly Button Barbie Doll Repaint

For this year, I've gone back to the depths of the mysterious seas for the inspiration of my birth month gem dolls.//This belly-button (which shows) Barbie has been transformed into this enchanting creature. Her mermaid's tail is the color of her month's gemstone - but in hand-painted ombre hues that start from dark at her tail to light at her waist. Her tail and dorsal fins are the pure color of her gemstone and have "veins" in one of that color's hues. At her waist is a cluster of faux white pearls surrounded by pearl textures. Her top is also made of faux white pearls in the same pearlistic texture. As per my tradition, she has a necklace that has silver-plated liquid twist beads, but this year they alternate with oblong faux white pearls, the focal point of the necklace being a pearl in the color of her gemstone. In her ears are more oblong faux white pearl drops with silvertone beads. On her right hand is a silver ring with a glittering center the color of her gemstone. Her makeover includes my realistic eyelashes over darker eyes and sculpted brows in a hue of her gemstone. Her hair has been given highlights also in a hue of her gemstone, waved and allowed to flow freely.{Please know that I am a better OOAK doll maker than photographer and she looks much better in person.} She would make a wonderful gift for yourself or the August collector in your life!

I am not affiliated with Mattel. I transform "rescued/used" Barbies (Kens, etc.) into my own one-of-a-kind (OOAK) creations. The dolls are "used," but I make them into new creations, which is why they are given the "new" label selection. This doll comes to you as shown-items on doll are not removable (except where noted),but doll remains fully posable. Made in a non-smoking home. The doll is shipped in a gift box with tissue and a display certificate. (Background image and stand are NOT included, however a choice of stands is available to the winning bidder on a Buy It Now basis-please email me for details.)
