EBAY funds that I receive will be for the expenses due to lightning and a huge tree hitting my house causing all kinds of damage.   Take a tip from me - You might want to get a house surge protector for the outside to help protect your house.  The lightning strike affected my electricity ruining appliance, fire place, HVAC system and Hot water heater, and repairs seem to take some time!  Wish that I knew the house surge protectors were available.
