Folk Is The New Black
was released in 2006. This is a signed poster that accompanied the release.  It was found in a box of artwork that was shipped to me through e-bay.  It has a few issues - one small tear and one crease/roll when it came out of that shipment.  The seller didn't want it back when I told her what I found.
Janis Ian is a cultural folk wonder house!  I can remember listening to her
in my collage days in the late 80's.  This is a true
collectable
with her signature!

Unfortunately, the album's insistence on challenging the accepted norms was a little too ahead of its time to gain any recognition in the US - and now, 15 years later, takes on a prescience and poignancy that are almost frightening.

If actual shipping cost is less than you paid, the difference as close as possible will be refunded back into your account. I do not charge a handling fee or costs for shipping supplies. I personally package all items and I do so with great care. So, please, before you leave a negative or less than a 5-star rating on shipping charges, consider these things and realize that I have no control over what the post-office or other carriers charge. I am only covering my actual costs.

Refunds are only accepted if I have grossly misrepresented my items.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued only after I have received the item shipped back to me in the same condition it was in when I originally shipped the item to the buyer.
If item is damaged please provide pictures of broken item and I will then issue a refund. This is for insurance claims and with this I will need a phone number and email address as requires by all shipping carriers
Unfortunately, more and more bidders are deciding NOT to pay for an item once they bid on and win it. I have a zero tolerance for this kind of activity on eBay and it will result in a non-paying bidder case being opened with eBay. Due to this rapidly growing problem payment is now due within 3 days of an auction ending.
I hope all of the honest bidders out there can understand and please realize that these changes aren’t caused by you. Thanks to all of you eBay bidders who pay quickly, communicate, and make buying & selling a pleasure on eBay. You are sincerely appreciated.
