It is hollow cardboard with plastic ends. I'm thinking it might have come from a child's magic set. It is in excellent condition but does have some light scratches. Please see photos for condition.     WOW! Here is an Original Vintage Magician’s Wand #8. This neat wand is one of twelve that I am listing today. They are part of a collection of magic tricks that I purchased. This wand is 10 1/4” long and about 1/2" diameter. It is hollow cardboard with plastic ends. I'm thinking it might have come from a child's magic set. It is in excellent condition but does have some light scratches. Please see photos for condition. A wonderful addition to your collection.
