The Circle Pro Plasma Stencils are sized to fill in the gaps of the already effective original Plasma Stencils. With the new sizes, you can get even more precise and become a professional fabricator. For a tight fit, you can undercut your desired circle and then finish sand for accurate size and location. New sizes work great for o2 sensors, 2" and 2 1/2" flush mount trailer lights, pipe fitting and much more.

The Plasma Stencils will guide your handheld plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect circle. The stencils are offset to precisely cut the indicated size from the center of the arc; this allows a little clearance for easy assembly. Each kit includes five stencils for ten sizes: circles range from 7/16"-2 3/4" in diameter. Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. The outside radius and straight edges act as bonus cutting guides. Laser cut and etched from 1/8" cold rolled steel. The result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.
Designed for use with a drag shield attachment use the chart in the pictures to determine the proper size for your plasma cutter. If your plasma cutter is not listed, then you will need to measure your drag shield to find the proper size Plasma Stencils to use. Some models have random sizes and for those you will also need to purchase our Plasma Conversion/Offset Rings.
