Vintage Lineman's Cable Sheath Stripper / Cutter  Pat No. 2398979. Metal Part has scratches and some marks from normal use. Composite / Bakelite Scales has scratches and marks from normal use. Scales have no chips or cracks. Cable stripper / cutter is 2 screws full tang black composite / Bakelite scales. Blade is very sharp. Cable strippers / cutter is in good used condition. There is no makers marks that I can see. Only thing is the pat. no. 2398979, pat pending. Good Luck, Neat Piece. From The Clint Dunn Collection.
