Vintage miniature doll house oil or hurricane lamp base only hand blown

Description

This is just the base to an oil lamp or hurricane lamp. It has the circle mark on bottom showing it was hand blown. It measures approximately 1 inch high and 1 inch across. The handle is clear in color. I found this metal piece with it not sure if it goes with it but will include it. There looks like there was a sticker on bottom because there is some residue left on glass. I don’t see or feel any chips or cracks.
