The gist is as follows: (1) I suddenly found that Japan Post issuing commemorative stamps of Fall of Singapore late today. Visiting local post office
and found that stamps will be selling only from 17th February at local post office.  Only way to get FDC to go to Busan Central Post Office which
started selling on 16th February.   (2) (Thus letter was sent on 17th February, the next day of the day of first issue.) My brother studying in Busan
says the stamps are so popular that  4+2 stamp( Togo) were sold out at many post offices in Busan.
An very interesting historical document to show that there was a fever over Japan's victory even in Korea at that time. It will be an
iconic item for stamp exhibition over WWII history.
